Payments
We process payments through bank transfer for organizational clients. For individual programs, resources and workshops, including the From Campus to Corporate workshop, Founder Diagnostic Workshop and the Competency Development Program, payments may be processed via Paystack or Selar or bank transfer. We do not store banking details or payment card information. All transactions are handled securely and the payment processor’s privacy policy applies.
LMS Accounts and Learner Data
When you enrol in a paid program or when your organization engages our services, we create a learner account on our LMS. These accounts include:
- Name, email address, phone number, and enrollment details
- Course progress and completion data
- Assessment results and competency reports
- Performance analytics where applicable
Learner data is accessible to:
- The individual learner
- Authorised administrators within client organizations (for organizational engagements)
- Bridge the Breach team for support and service delivery purposes
All data is stored securely and handled in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
Competency Reports and Analytics
We generate behavioral competency reports for individual learners and for organizations. These reports show performance across assessed skill areas and are used for:
- Helping individuals understand their strengths and development areas
- Supporting organizations in assessing team readiness and identifying skill gaps
- Measuring program effectiveness and real-world performance improvement
Individual competency reports belong to the individual. Organizational reports are shared with designated administrators as agreed in the service contract.
How Long We Retain Your Data
- Individual learner data: Retained for the duration of program access and up to 24 months after the program ends, unless deletion is requested
- Competency reports and assessment results: Retained for up to 24 months after program completion
- Organizational client data: Retained for the duration of the service agreement and up to 24 months after contract expiry, unless deletion is requested
- Payment and invoicing records: Retained as required for accounting, tax, and legal compliance, typically 7 years
- Organizational contact information: Retained as long as there is an active or potential business relationship
Your Rights Over Your Data
For Individuals:
- Request access to the personal data and competency reports we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your data after your program period has ended
- Withdraw consent for non-essential data processing
For Organizations:
- Request access to data we hold about your organization and enrolled team members
- Request correction or deletion of organizational and learner data
- Withdraw consent for non-essential data processing
- Request data portability where applicable
Data Sharing and Security
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with:
- Payment processors for transaction processing
- Our LMS platform provider for training delivery
- Service providers who assist in delivering our services, under strict confidentiality agreements

Data Protection for Organizational Clients
As a service provider, we act as a data processor for client organizations. Your organization remains the data controller for employee information. We process learner data only in accordance with our service agreements and your instructions.

- Assisting with data subject requests where required
- Notifying your organization of any data breaches promptly
