Services We Provide
We offer training and capacity-building programs for individuals and organizations. Access to our LMS is granted only after successful payment of the applicable training subscription plan.
We may also provide temporary guest access to limited portions of our LMS for preview or evaluation and assessment purposes. Guest access:
- Is strictly for non-commercial, personal evaluation.
- Does not permit downloading, reproduction, or sharing of course materials.
- May be revoked at any time without notice for misuse or violation of these Terms.
Account Creation and Access
Access to our LMS is restricted to paid learners and guest users with temporary access.
Upon successful payment, we will create an LMS account for you and send your login details via email.
Guest access is limited in scope and duration and may be revoked at any time without notice.
Your LMS account is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login details is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of your account without refund.
Subscription Plans and Duration
We offer three subscription plans:
- 3 months access
- 6 months access
- 12 months access
Access will automatically expire at the end of your subscription period. Renewal requires a new payment.
Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed securely via Paystack.
All payments are final and non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate charges or proven technical errors on our part.
Bridge the Breach does not store your card or payment details.
Code of Conduct
All learners are expected to:
- Use the platform only for lawful and educational purposes.
- Refrain from sharing course materials outside the platform.
- Maintain respectful communication within the platform and with our team.
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account
Intellectual Property
All training content, materials, and resources on our LMS are owned by Bridge the Breach or its partners. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without prior written consent.
Data and Privacy
Your personal information is collected and processed in line with our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
Bridge the Breach will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, LMS, or training materials.
Modifications
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
