What We Do
Bridge the Breach is a behavioral competency development and performance consulting company. We develop people and the systems that make them perform, for individuals preparing to enter the workplace and for founders and leaders whose teams are not delivering the results they are paying for. Our work sits at the intersection of performance consulting, workforce development, and edtech solutions. We serve two distinct audiences:
Individuals:
We offer behavioral competency assessments, the Competency Development Program, and the From Campus to Corporate workshop. These are designed for students, NYSC members, recent graduates, and early-career professionals preparing to enter or grow within the workplace.
Organizations and Founders:
We work with founders, CEOs, and business leaders to diagnose team underperformance and implement the structural and developmental changes required to fix it. This includes the Founder Diagnostic Workshop, the One-Month Engagement, and the Full Program. We also offer employer-led professional development programs for organizations that want to invest in their team’s behavioral competencies and career growth.
