Deep development: Core behavioral competencies
You work through the core competency courses in the library at your own pace. Communication, critical thinking, emotional intelligence, collaboration, accountability. Live sessions cover professional presentations and interview performance.
Workplace readiness: Tools, positioning, and practice
Live sessions cover workplace tools, project management, and Google Suite. You submit your CV and LinkedIn profile for review and receive written feedback. Industry leader session takes place this week.
Completion: Reports, certificates, and what comes next
Final live session wraps the program. You receive your overall competency report and program certificate. We discuss next steps and how you can access ongoing support as our alumnus.

Do I need to take the free assessment before joining the program?
No. The free assessment is a useful starting point but it is not a prerequisite. You can enrol directly into the Competency Development Program without taking it first. If you have taken it, your results will help you know where to focus your energy in the course library during the program.
Is this program for me if I haven’t started working yet?
Absolutely. The program is designed for both people preparing to enter the workplace and people who are already in it. This program helps you build the confidence, communication, and leadership skills employers are looking for before you even step into the workplace. You’ll hit the ground running, avoid years of trial and error, and stand out from day one.
Is this program 100% online or physical?
Yes. All courses, live trainings, and Q&A sessions are fully online so you can learn from anywhere at your own pace. Physical meet-ups hold in different cities occasionally.
Is this program right for me if I am already working?

How much will it cost me to join the program?

Do I get a certificate?
Yes! You’ll receive a professional certificate and a competency report when you complete the program to showcase on your CV and LinkedIn.
How much time do I need per week?
Each course in the library takes less than one hour. You can complete as many or as few courses per week as you choose. The live sessions happen once a week and each runs for approximately 60 to 90 minutes. A realistic weekly commitment is between 3 to 4 hours per week, depending on how many courses you take.
Can I access the courses on my phone?
Yes. Our learning platform is fully accessible on mobile and on laptop. You can pick up a course on your phone during your commute and continue on your laptop at home. Your progress is saved automatically.
What happens after the program?
At the end, you receive your overall competency report and program certificate. You join our alumni community where you gain continuous support throughout the year. You can also re-enrol in a new cohort for continued access to our course library.
What is the difference between the competency report and the certificate?
The certificate confirms you completed the course or program. The competency report goes further. It shows how you performed across the specific skills covered, what your strengths were, and where development is still needed. It is the difference between proof of completion and proof of growth.
