Foundation: Know where you stand

You take the workplace competency assessment and receive your baseline report. You get access to the full course library and begin with the courses most relevant to your results. Your first live session introduces the program, the team, and what to expect.

No. The free assessment is a useful starting point but it is not a prerequisite. You can enrol directly into the Competency Development Program without taking it first. If you have taken it, your results will help you know where to focus your energy in the course library during the program.

Yes. All courses, live trainings, and Q&A sessions are fully online so you can learn from anywhere at your own pace. Physical meet-ups hold in different cities occasionally.

Each course in the library takes less than one hour. You can complete as many or as few courses per week as you choose. The live sessions happen once a week and each runs for approximately 60 to 90 minutes. A realistic weekly commitment is between 3 to 4 hours per week, depending on how many courses you take.
